Ask Proto to prepare the review

Ask Proto to prepare record checks and operating steps for HR, recruiting and payroll owners.

It can

  • HR Business Partner: Compare an employee's current position with dated employment history and flag a mismatch for review.
  • Recruiter: List open requisitions and candidate applications that await a completed interview recommendation.
  • Payroll Admin: Prepare a period checklist of approved timesheets, leave requests, calendar assignment and statement totals.
  • L&D Admin: Find course enrollments due soon and training records approaching their expiration date.

Stays with a person

  • A person decides hiring, compensation, leave and pay approvals.
  • Proto can assemble the related records and explain a discrepancy, but the assigned owner must inspect the evidence and make the decision.
  • External bank, tax, signing and learning results need their source systems and a reconciliation step before a local record is treated as final.

Implementation

Roll out one team at a time

Start with one team and one process, then add the rest once the basics are running.

  1. Agree ownership

Name the HR Business Partner, Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Payroll Admin, L&D Admin and Admin for the pilot. Decide who may approve requisitions, offers, leave, time and pay.

  2. Load foundations

Enter departments, locations, titles, positions, pay grades, leave types, calendars, plans, courses and jurisdictions before employees.

  3. Check the employee register

Import a small group with manager, position and payroll calendar. Compare the Employees page with the source roster.

  4. Rehearse a hire

Take one approved requisition through application, completed interview, offer and onboarding tasks.

  5. Rehearse a period

Submit leave and time, record the approver decision, then calculate and review one representative payroll run.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Scope, rollout and pricing for HRMS with Disciplinary Module.

All questions
How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure HRMS with Disciplinary Module for your business. Pilot one department, one open position and one payroll calendar before expanding.

What appears on the Employees page?

It brings together workforce distribution by department, an employee detail and the filtered employee register. Start there to check a person's position, manager, location and status.

How do we keep a transfer history?

Record a dated employment-history event with prior and new position or manager details, then review the current employee assignment against that effective date.

Can we track the hiring pipeline?

Recruiter can connect candidates and applications to requisitions, record interviews and carry an approved offer through its response. Hiring Manager reads the recruiting records.

Who decides leave and timesheets?

Employee submits the request or weekly sheet with an approver. The assigned person reviews dates, balance or hours before recording approval or rejection.

How are pay periods organized?

A payroll calendar defines the schedule, entity, country, currency and cutoff. Payroll runs hold a period and pay date, then group employee statements and amount lines.

Can benefit enrollment affect pay review?

Enrollment links an employee to a plan, tier, contribution and effective period. Payroll Admin compares that record with the employee's statement lines.

How do we follow performance reviews?

A cycle gives the review period and due dates. Reviews hold subject, reviewer, type, rating, narrative and release status; goals belong to the same cycle.

Where does completed learning appear?

Course enrollment tracks assignment and completion. Training records preserve provider, completion date, certificate and expiration for the employee.

What drives implementation cost?

The work depends on the employee import, local pay and leave rules, connection setup and the operating cycles the team needs to rehearse. See pricing.
