What you can do
Workforce exceptions in the working cycle
A workforce check captures a specific exception under an assessment and employer organization. The legal reviewer examines its jurisdiction, reviewed date and exception hours against supporting evidence. The policy version and revision give the decision context. A submitted check is a request for review, not an automatic legal determination.
The review may approve or reject the check. The reviewer should be able to explain the decision from actual time evidence and the applicable jurisdiction. A generic calculation cannot replace that judgment. The check retains its status and decision date so the next person can see whether it is still awaiting review, was rejected or has completed its reviewed path.
An operation receipt, when recorded, gives the team another trail for an operation against the parent assessment. Its key, expected revision, result state and time help identify the attempt. If a receipt shows Failed or needs review, the team can inspect the original result before another action. The check status remains the place to read the Legal Reviewer’s decision.
How the work is organized
- Submitted check. Keep the employer, parent assessment, jurisdiction and exception hours together.
- Legal decision. Examine time evidence and record the reviewed outcome for the relevant revision.
- Operation trail. Follow failures and review needs through a receipt for the parent assessment.
What to agree during setup
Agree which evidence the Legal Reviewer must see for each jurisdiction and how the policy version is chosen. Confirm who prepares a check and who decides it. Set a handling path for rejected checks and operation failures, including who investigates a receipt marked for review. The reviewer should have a clear route back to the source assessment. Agree who records a receipt and how its key relates to the check before relying on it for retry investigation.
Check the handoff on an actual case
Submit one representative check with its jurisdiction, reviewed date and exception hours. Ask the Legal Reviewer to compare it with actual time evidence, record the decision and its date on the check. Rehearse a rejection and a changed revision. If an operation receipt is available, inspect its parent, key and result state before repeating the action.
