AI agent

An assistant for the operating team

Use Proto to prepare event work and surface decisions for people.

It can

  • Event Manager: Show approved and open programs for the next operating day, with their owner, venue and capacity.
  • Admissions Coordinator: Compare reserved quantity and recorded admission time for the selected event.
  • Event Reviewer: Bring the event revision, venue and attached evidence together for a decision.
  • Finance Reviewer: List verified captures and open operation receipts for an event before closeout.

Stays with a person

  • Proto can prepare a summary and point to a record, while the Event Reviewer makes the approval decision and Finance Reviewer confirms provider evidence.
  • A suggested correction to capacity or admission scope needs the authorized owner to inspect the underlying event.
  • The provider's confirmed effect controls whether a payment can be treated as complete.

Implementation

Roll out one team at a time

Start with one team and one process, then add the rest once the basics are running.

  1. Set the operating scope

Add the organization, active team members and venue. Confirm time zone, currency and ownership.

  2. Prepare the event

Create one scheduled program with a venue, capacity and current owner. Agree who submits it and who decides on the current revision.

  3. Rehearse the handoffs

Run a registration through review, reserve admission quantity and record an actual arrival. Check a verified provider capture against the paid admission.

  4. Review exceptions

Try a capacity change after approval, a repeated admission scan, an uncertain provider result and a cancellation after entry. Keep the history and decision reasons visible.

  5. Close the pilot

Reconcile admitted quantity, provider effects and open operation receipts before completing the event.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Scope, rollout and pricing for Live Event Streaming.

All questions
How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Live Event Streaming for your business. Start with one organization, one venue and one event. Rehearse the review, admission and provider-evidence handoffs before adding more programs.

Who owns an event?

Each event references a Team Member as its owner. The Event Manager coordinates the schedule and capacity for that program.

How is a venue connected?

The event's Counterparty references a Venue. The venue belongs to an Organization and carries its contact and eligibility note.

When is an event ready for admission?

The Event Reviewer records a decision on the submitted revision. The Event Manager opens the approved program for admission work.

What is the difference between a reservation and admission?

An Admissions line records reserved quantity and a reservation time. The admitted time records actual entry later.

How are participant registrations reviewed?

A Stream Session can be submitted for review under its parent event. An Event Reviewer approves or rejects the submitted registration. Its state shows the outcome; the event-linked review record carries the reviewer and source revision.

How is payment checked?

Finance Reviewer compares the admission receipt with Payment Evidence. The provider event type, amount, reference and verification state are read together.

What happens when a provider response is uncertain?

The operation receipt keeps the action key, expected revision and result state. The team checks linked local effects and the provider reference before resolving it.

Can an event be cancelled after entry?

The event can be cancelled while retaining recorded admission history. Any compensation needs its own review and verified provider evidence.

Where can I see the full record structure?

See the data model, then use the implementation plan to rehearse one complete cycle.
