Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Machine Maintenance (CMMS) for your business. Name the Maintenance Manager who will coordinate the pilot and identify the Technician and Maintenance Reviewer who will rehearse the work. Agree the account-to-person mappings before assigning maintenance.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Bring the asset details for a machine the team can inspect, a preventive plan with its next due date and a corrective task with a known outcome. Check the part catalog and unit for any item the task consumes. Agree the permit type and validity window with the Maintenance Manager.
Rehearse the requested job through permit approval and scheduling. Have the Technician record labor and consumption, then submit inspection. Ask the Maintenance Reviewer to assess the exact evidence and accept the eligible result. Inspect the service history and next due date together.
Review before release
Repeat the start action with an expired permit and verify that it cannot advance the job. Re-run a due-plan cycle and check that the original preventive request remains without duplication. Confirm that the wrong person cannot approve the submitted work by editing its status.
Resolve the pilot’s access, date and purchasing decisions before adding more equipment. Follow the implementation phases and use the data model to prepare related records in the right order.
