Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account, then use Proto to configure Material Requirement Planning for your business. Describe the customer requirement you want to plan and identify Production Planner and the people who own stock and purchasing inputs.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose an approved requirement with a customer date the team can verify. Include reserved stock, a partly received purchase and planned production so the first run exercises the supply inputs the team uses.

  • Prepare item identities and units, customer and supplier accounts, and customer orders with their item lines.
  • Reconcile stock reservations and remaining purchase quantities with the source owners.
  • Link staff to user accounts before preparing My MRP runs and My production logs.
  • Configure Manager’s approval responsibilities and Admin’s setup access, then agree the planning views and reports using the data model.

Review before release

Run planning with the selected horizon and inspect its result and exceptions. Repeat it with suggestions marked Proposed or Firmed and compare coverage. Release an eligible Draft work order through the guarded workflow and check the retained evidence after an identical repeated request.

Use ordinary operator and reviewer accounts to rehearse their permission boundaries. Review a Held batch with Production Planner and reconcile stock and purchase evidence before accepting the next cycle. Follow the implementation plan and permissions with the responsible people.
