What you can do
Schedule and capacity
The Event Owner begins with a named event, its start and end, a capacity, an organization and a venue. The owner keeps the current revision visible while the plan moves from draft through review. The Events screen places the calendar, capacity strip and admission-hour bars next to selected event detail, so a change to timing can be checked against the same record that people will later admit against.
How the work is organized
- Schedule and capacity. Set a plausible capacity for the venue and compare it with the reserved quantity before opening. The venue choice is recorded as the event counterparty, while the owner and organization establish who may act.
- Revision and decision. The Independent Reviewer decides against the event revision. When the owner changes the schedule after review, the prior decision stays tied to the version reviewed. The team sends the revised event back through review before opening it.
- Opening and closure. Opening gives Admissions Lead a current operating scope. On completion, the owner checks admitted history and the verified provider captures before closing. A cancelled event retains the same historical trail.
What to agree during setup
Agree which Event Owner may set a venue and capacity for each organization. Independent Reviewer needs the current revision and any supporting file before deciding. Rehearse a start-time change after approval: the earlier decision stays in the history, and the changed event returns to review before it opens.
Check the handoff on an actual case
For a Saturday evening program, the Event Owner enters its venue, start and end time, and capacity. The Independent Reviewer checks the version offered for approval. If a time changes after approval, the owner brings the current revision back to review before admissions use the altered plan. At the end of the event, the owner compares admitted quantity with verified capture evidence and closes only after the actual operation is complete.
The reviewer can compare the event revision with the decision source revision before the owner opens admissions. A changed venue or start time sends the owner back through review. At close, Finance Reviewer can show the verified provider reference behind each capture while the owner keeps the admitted history.
