Get help with the next event decision

Give each operator a practical assistant for checking event work.

It can

  • Event Manager: Show events waiting for review with venue, time and capacity context.
  • Admission Operator: Find the open event and summarize admitted quantity before another reservation.
  • Media Operator: Gather a submitted session's brand, consent and event context for review.
  • Independent Reviewer: Show the submitted revision and linked evidence before a decision.

Stays with a person

  • The team makes event and media approval decisions.
  • A provider confirms its own payment and delivery outcome.
  • An assistant can bring the relevant records together, but the assigned person checks the current revision, evidence and access before acting.

  1. Set client scope

Add an organization, active venue and team members with the right user links and working responsibilities.

  2. Plan the pilot

Create an event with a realistic capacity, venue and time window, then rehearse the approval decision.

  3. Run admissions

Open the approved event and test reservation, admission, duplicate reference and capacity boundary cases.

  4. Review media

Prepare a branded session with consent context and evidence, then test return, correction and approval.

  5. Reconcile close

Compare attendance, provider evidence and operation receipts, resolve exceptions and complete the event.

All questions
How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Photo Booth / Activation for your business. Begin with one client, one eligible venue and one event to rehearse approval, admissions, media review and close.

What does the event record hold?

It holds the client, owner, venue, schedule, capacity and current operating status. Admissions, sessions and evidence stay linked to that event.

How is a venue approved for use?

The Event Manager checks that the venue is active and belongs to the event's organization before approving the event plan.

How do we prevent overbooking?

The Admission Operator reserves against an open event and its approved capacity. Use a consistent attendee reference so a repeat does not create another accepted place.

Can we distinguish reservations from arrivals?

Yes. An admission line carries a reservation time and an admission time for the actual arrival.

Who decides media release?

The Independent Reviewer decides the submitted activation session revision and records a reason. Media Operator completes an approved session with delivery evidence.

Where do payment confirmations come from?

Your payment provider supplies the authoritative event and reference. Reconciliation Lead verifies the evidence against the event before close.

What happens when an action fails?

The operation receipt records its result and reason. Reconciliation Lead investigates the event's linked effects and keeps mismatches in the review queue.

Can an accepted event be corrected?

Yes. The Event Manager inspects the current revision and accepted work. A change to accepted or executed scope follows a reasoned review decision.

When is an event complete?

Event Manager closes it after reviewing admitted quantities, verified payment evidence and unresolved operation outcomes.
