Who it's for

Podcast networks

A network can separate episodes by series while keeping each production project, content approval and platform receipt linked. The operating record follows the work from project planning to the content decision, episode schedule and delivery evidence. Each person can open the linked records for their part of the cycle.

How Podcast Management is set up for you

Production planning

Set a project owner, due date and budget, then attach the content and tasks that belong to that project.

Editorial control

Keep a current file version and the relevant rights agreement beside the content item that enters review.

Release evidence

Record the platform acknowledgment against the episode before the Editor records the publication decision.

A network can separate episodes by series while keeping each production project, content approval and platform receipt linked. The operating record follows the work from project planning to the content decision, episode schedule and delivery evidence. Each person can open the linked records for their part of the cycle.

Choose one series with a repeatable release cadence. Name the project owner and the people who review files and distribution evidence. Check that an episode from another series is still easy to identify by series name and episode number. Use a recent production case to test the handoffs. The editor should be able to identify the revision under review, and the producer should be able to identify the scheduled episode from its series name and number. The person reviewing platform evidence should find the external identifier on the correct episode.

Discuss how a revised attachment, changed publish time or failed receipt returns to the responsible person. Keep that conversation tied to the project and linked episode so a change does not get lost in a separate message thread. Compare the first completed cycle with the planned dates and recorded costs before expanding the operating scope.
