Ask Proto about the next handoff

Ask Proto to help prepare market records and inspect the next handoff.

It can

  • Market Manager: Find events in review and summarize owner, venue, dates and capacity for the reviewer.
  • Vendor Coordinator: Find submitted applications and show requested booths beside the parent event.
  • Admissions Coordinator: Compare reservations and admitted quantities for an open event.
  • Finance Reviewer: List unverified provider events and receipts that need attention before close.

Stays with a person

  • A person must decide whether an event plan or vendor request is acceptable.
  • The team must check the provider's payment evidence and resolve operation exceptions.
  • Proto can organize the linked records for that review and keep the event context visible.

All questions
How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Pop-up Shop / Market Mgmt for your business. Begin with one operator, one venue and one event so the team can rehearse review, applications, admissions and close.

Who owns an event?

An event links to a team member owner. Choose a Market Manager who will keep the plan and handoffs current.

How is a venue selected?

The event links to a venue record. Check its active flag, address, contact and eligibility note before assigning it.

How does event review work?

An Event Reviewer records a decision and reason against the current event revision. The Market Manager checks that decision before opening the event.

What does a vendor application contain?

It links an event and organization and can carry requested booth quantity, a permit reference, submission time and decision status.

Does an approved application mean space is awarded?

The coordinator checks permit evidence and remaining event capacity before an award. Keep the outcome with the event's operation receipt.

How are admissions tracked?

Each admission line can hold reserved quantity and reservation time, then the actual admission time when entry occurs.

How are payments checked?

Finance Reviewer checks provider event type, amount, reference and verification flag against the event and admitted quantity.

Where do failed actions appear?

An operation receipt carries the operation key, result state and failure reason. Receipts Needing Attention shows failed and review-needed attempts.

What happens at close?

Finance Reviewer compares admitted quantity with verified provider evidence. Market Manager reviews that work before marking the event Completed.
