Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account, then use Proto to configure Production Dashboard for your business. Describe the resource, product and date to pilot. Name the people who plan work, capture evidence and make quality decisions.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose a resource and product with known opening stock and approved demand. Prepare consistent item units, resource availability, a feasible work interval and the intended target basis. Link shift actuals to the saved target that represents that production day.

  • Link staff identities to their authenticated user accounts.
  • Reconcile on-hand and reserved quantities by item, location and lot.
  • Agree the target date, shift code and recording date for the cycle.
  • Prepare the finished-goods lot balance and completed interval for the batch decision.
  • Prepare the review views and test effective-record selection for corrected inputs.

Review before release

Rehearse valid capture and guarded production actions with ordinary role accounts. Test overlapping work, insufficient free stock, duplicate posting, invalid or repeated interval and unauthorized batch approval. Correct a shift result and reconcile the comparison without counting the earlier submission again.

Confirm Quality Reviewer can inspect the exact Pending batch and make the guarded decision. Check identity setup and business-review access before inviting the pilot team. Expand after the team can explain accepted records, protected stock effects and unresolved operating exceptions.

Read the implementation plan, review the data model, and check pricing.
