Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account and open Property Listing Portal. Choose the brokerage organization for the pilot, add the team members who will own opportunities, and identify an independent Sales Manager for listing review. Review roles.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Bring one active seller account and one opportunity with an assigned Relationship Owner, expected close date and expected value. Record a call or task against the opportunity. Prepare the listing’s address, asking price, property type and publication date. Attach the seller authorization and supporting files to the opportunity, then submit the current listing revision for the Sales Manager. Follow the process.
Review before release
Have the manager check the property details and files, then record a decision with a reason. Rehearse a return for a conflicting price and an approval after correction. Check that both revisions remain visible, that a repeat request uses the same operation key, and that an uncertain receipt is investigated from its linked effects. Plan any external publication destination through integrations.
