Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one inspection type and a real subject reference. Set up the assigned Inspection and its checks. Have the Inspector record a passing result and a failed result with observations and evidence. Submit the inspection for review, then link a Nonconformance and Corrective Action to the failed case. Decide what completion evidence the owner will provide and how the reviewer will test effectiveness.
Review before release
Rehearse an incomplete check, a failed effectiveness review and a second action still open on the same issue. Check the People identity behind each assignment and the inspection link behind each case.
