Ask about the station's current records

Give your team prompts grounded in station records.

It can

  • Station Manager: Show projects in production with owners, due dates and recorded cost position.
  • Programming Coordinator: List planned slots by start time and presenter for schedule review.
  • Editor: Find content in Review with its project, owner and attached version.
  • Traffic Coordinator: List ad play logs awaiting a played timestamp with campaign and spot identifiers.

Stays with a person

  • A person decides whether a version is approved, whether rights cover the intended use and whether a program window is accepted.
  • Ask the assistant for the underlying records and let the named role make the decision.
  • The assistant should keep an ad play log's scheduled and observed times distinct.

FAQ

Scope, rollout and pricing for Radio Station Management.

All questions
How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Radio Station Management for your business. Begin with a short programming cycle, one content project and a few representative spot logs.

Who approves a program window?

The Station Manager reviews a Planned slot with its presenter and air window before it is marked Approved.

How is a presenter linked to the schedule?

A broadcast slots record references a People record through its presenter field. The calendar shows the program title and window around that assignment.

Where does production work live?

Production tasks belong to a project and points to the person assigned. The task's due date and status make pending work visible.

How are content versions tracked?

Each content files record attaches a file version to a content items record. The editor reviews the submitted version in the context of its parent item.

Where do rights terms live?

Rights agreements record the party, allowed uses, dates and contract attachment against a content item.

How is publication recorded?

The editor works from an approved content item and records publication when the distribution result is acknowledged.

How do we find a missing ad play?

Use Ad Play Logs Awaiting Play Evidence to locate a scheduled spot whose played time still needs review.

Are a program's aired status and a spot play the same thing?

Aired describes a broadcast slot. The ad play log has its own campaign, spot, scheduled time and played time.

How are costs followed?

Project costs store dated amounts and status against a project; the project shows its budget and recorded cost position.
