Prepare the next handoff with Proto

Use Proto to prepare records and surface review work.

It can

  • Matter Coordinator: Find assigned matters and draft the next evidence checklist for a purchase file.
  • Supervising Attorney: Bring together a submitted condition, its revision and linked matter evidence for review.
  • Auditor: Trace a decision through its reviewer, reason and operation receipt.
  • App Administrator: Check organization membership before access is changed.

Stays with a person

  • Proto can assemble relevant records and prepare a proposed action.
  • The responsible person must verify title, escrow and filing evidence from its source and make any independent legal or closing decision.
  • Access and approval boundaries still apply when an assistant requests information.

All questions
How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Real Estate Legal Mgmt for your business. Start with one organization, a purchase or lease matter, its owner, counterparty and a supervising reviewer.

Who owns a matter?

A matter references a named team member as owner. Assign that person before adding deadlines and closing work, then test what the coordinator and reviewer can see.

How is conflict clearance recorded?

A conflict review holds the reviewer, review date, decision and evidence against the matter. The decision distinguishes Clear, Conflict and more information.

Can I track title and closing conditions?

Yes. Closing conditions link property, due date, title evidence and escrow amount to a parent matter, with states from Draft through Completed.

How are deadlines handled?

Matter deadlines carry a type, due date, owner, completion date and court receipt. The owner can compare the date with its controlling source.

How are legal document revisions identified?

Legal documents store title, revision, privilege state and content hash. A production record identifies the recipient, authorization and production hash.

Who reviews a submitted closing condition?

The Supervising Attorney makes the independent decision. The matter-linked decision and operation receipt retain the reviewer, reason and operation key for reconciliation after an approved condition.

What happens when an operation needs attention?

Operation receipts record action, expected revision, result state and any failure reason. Supervisors and auditors can trace the receipt back to the matter.

Can multiple offices use it?

Organizations, team membership and matter ownership establish the operating scope. Rehearse cross-organization access before expanding beyond a pilot office.

Where do external confirmations come from?

Connect the title, escrow, filing and document systems your firm uses. Keep their confirmed references with the related condition, event, deadline or production.
