Get Recipe / Formulation Mgmt running in four steps.

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Recipe / Formulation Mgmt for your business. Identify Production Planner, Production Operator and Quality Reviewer. Agree Admin’s setup responsibility and Manager’s customer-demand procedure, then link each staff member to the correct account.

Choose a familiar recipe version and its ingredient declarations. Prepare the base yield and units, a finished product and representative customer demand. Load reconciled material stock by item, location and lot, then select an Available resource and feasible planned window.

Agree where inspection evidence comes from and who decides recipe review. Rehearse operator submission and the reviewer handoff using ordinary accounts. Configure the operating views with the team’s actual access and quantity meanings.

Submit eligible production work, a material issue and a completed production interval. Quality Reviewer decides the Pending batch through the guarded release action. Inspect the exact stock decrement and finished-goods receipt, then repeat requests and try insufficient stock, Held output and an unauthorized actor.

Resolve an ambiguous stock source, conversion basis or correction procedure before expanding the pilot. Follow implementation, inspect the data model and review pricing with the responsible team members.
