Create your account

Click Get started to create your account. Use Proto to configure Risk Management around a real project and the people who will run its reviews. Review access before adding the team.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose one active project. Add its organization, owner, planned dates, work packages and current tasks. Enter the risks the project manager will discuss next, with likelihood, impact, mitigation and an owner. Schedule a checkpoint, then bring a current issue and a submitted time entry into the rehearsal.

Review before release

Ask the Delivery Lead to triage a qualified Open escalation and inspect its receipt. Have the Team Member submit positive hours, then ask the Time Approver to inspect the approved entry, decision and receipt. Have the Risk Owner explain why a task’s progress changed, or did not change, the assessment. Plan the rollout from those observations.

Set up Risk Management your way.

Start free, then use Proto to change fields, steps and approvals before your team goes live.
