Create your account

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Running Club Management for your business. Identify Event Coordinator, Admissions Steward and Independent Reviewer for the pilot. Admin prepares the club organization, venue and staff account mapping.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose a familiar venue and agree the event interval, capacity unit and attendee-reference convention. Prepare the current event revision for approval, then follow the authorized opening handoff before reserving places.

Use plan and approve and reserve and admit. If the pilot includes race results, assign Results Publisher separately and rehearse the timing evidence review. For a paid event, include Finance Reviewer and the provider evidence used at closure.

Review before release

Test stale revisions, over-capacity reservations and repeated admission requests. Confirm that registration is separate from verified results and that publication requires its own execution authority. Rehearse cancellation while preserving attendance, then inspect any unresolved payment outcome. Resolve the setup decisions through implementation before widening the event scope.

Set up Running Club Management your way.

Start free, then use Proto to change fields, steps and approvals before your team goes live.
