Who it's for

Continuing education programs

Continuing education teams often coordinate support for learners taking individual courses at different times. Scholarship Management gives each application a learner and award, with an enrollment behind the award context. Course dates, session activity and learner fee records help the team discuss what the support relates to and what remains to be followed up.

How Scholarship Management is set up for you

Specific course context

Use the enrollment link when a learner takes more than one course. The application reviewer should be able to identify the course that the award concerns without guessing from the learner's name.

Readable progress

Keep application state and approved amount visible to the scholarship office. Use reviewed learning results to understand participation where the award criteria require that evidence.

Charge reconciliation

Finance Officer compares fee amounts and paid amounts with the learner's application context. Agree how any scholarship allocation reaches the finance system before changing the payment position of a charge.

Continuing education teams often coordinate support for learners taking individual courses at different times. Scholarship Management gives each application a learner and award, with an enrollment behind the award context. Course dates, session activity and learner fee records help the team discuss what the support relates to and what remains to be followed up.

Choose a repeat short course and a learner whose fee and support arrangement the team understands. Prepare the course place, define the award criteria and submit the application. Rehearse review of the approved amount, then carry the case to the finance confirmation procedure.

Use an example charge of 1,200 with 400 already confirmed as paid and an approved scholarship amount of 800. Ask Finance Officer to explain the remaining charge before and after the separate allocation handoff. Include a paid charge with an old due date so staff do not treat every date-based entry as money still owed. Agree the owner of any correction before expanding the program's daily use.
