Food and temperature-controlled goods
Food and temperature-controlled supply chains track every lot, watch shelf life and store goods at the right temperature. A quality hold must stop stock from shipping, and returns need inspection before anything goes back on the shelf.
How Supply Chain is set up for you
Lot and shelf life
Lot-controlled products carry shelf life and storage temperature on the item master; expired stock is marked Expired.
Quality holds
Stock under inspection sits in Quarantine or Hold and cannot be allocated as available.
Inspected returns
Customer returns are inspected and disposed of as restock, rework, scrap or refund.

Pilot one warehouse and its chilled and frozen products for one month. Load products with shelf life and storage temperature, opening stock by lot, quality plans and suppliers. Receive, inspect, store, count and ship through the app, including at least one quality hold and one return. Check lot traceability from receipt to shipment before adding more sites.
