Telemedicine Platform coordinates remote care from the first request to an attested service. The Care Coordinator records each care request with its subject, the patient reference and consent reference from the clinical system, the requested date and units, and the provider organization that will deliver it.
Care requests in one list
Clinical Reviewer, never the coordinator, authorizes each request revision.
Every feature works on the same records. Pick one to see the screen your team works in.
Record each care request with its patient and consent references, verify identity, and follow it from intake to attestation.

Gather organizations, team members and reviewers, provider organizations with eligibility, and the reference formats for patients, consent and encounters.
Pilot one specialty or provider group for one month. Run every request through verification, authorization, scheduling, close and attestation.
A coordinator must not authorize care. A reviewer must not approve their own request. A request must not be attested without verified evidence. Delivered care must be corrected only through an approved compensating action.
Compare attested services with the providers’ encounter lists. Obtain sign-off from the clinical lead and operations lead, keep an export of the source and agree the rollback window before cutover.

No. Consultations take place in your telehealth video service. This app records the session's provider, start date and duration, and closes it on the provider's attestation.
Prescriptions are issued in your e-prescribing system. This app coordinates the request, the authorization and the evidence around the consult.
A Clinical Reviewer in the same organization who did not prepare the request. Coordinators prepare and route requests but never hold clinical authority.
Patient and consent are held as references to your clinical system. Evidence lines point to the external record that holds the clinical detail.
Only when verified evidence arrives from the provider's clinical system. Rejected or missing evidence leaves the request unresolved.
A request can carry several units. Each follow-up is scheduled as a session for the same authorized request.
Care not yet delivered is cancelled. Delivered care is corrected through a compensating action approved by a clinical reviewer, and the evidence is kept.
Prepare organizations, providers, team members and open requests with their references. Rehearse one month and reconcile it before extending the migration.
Ordinary manual use has no per-user charge under the platform policy. Imports, integrations, agent execution and other machine work consume prepaid credits; implementation is scoped separately. The pricing page lists the current rates.
