Billable Hours by Project
Approved billable hours per Project per week, rolled up to Client and Practice / Service Line, paired with the implied invoice-able amount using the resolved BillableRateOverrides + ProjectCodes.RateOverride + Resources.DefaultBillRate cascade. The bridge report into pm-billing.
Approval Cycle Time
Average elapsed hours from Timesheets.SubmittedAt ApprovedAt per Approver, per ApproverRole, per project. Surfaces approvers who systematically block the cycle and the projects with the worst end-to-end approval latency.
Unsubmitted Timesheet Trend
Time-series count of Resources with no Submitted Timesheet for each closed week, sliced by Team and Resource Manager. Tracks compliance with the weekly-submit requirement and surfaces the chronic offenders.
Policy Violation Register
Open and recently resolved TimePolicyViolations grouped by Type, Severity, Resource, and Project. The audit-and-compliance ledger; pairs with the controller-unlock entries for the period-close defense.
Overtime Watch
Hours and dollars by week per Resource where OTHours > 0, broken down by StateOfWork to surface state-daily-OT exposure (CA, AK, NV, CO) alongside federal weekly OT. The FLSA-compliance early-warning report.
Period Close Reconciliation
Per-pay-period: Resources with all Timesheets Approved vs. outstanding, TotalHours posted to Payroll, BillableHours posted to pm-billing, un-exported and exception lines. The Controller's pay-period close-out report.
