Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose an inbound, inter-plant or outbound load that the team can follow from planning through verified delivery. Bring the item and quantity convention, receiving promise, stop contacts and current resource assignment. Confirm the plant’s dock capacity basis and name a Dock Reviewer independent from the Dispatcher submitting the request.

Prepare an over-capacity reservation, an equipment defect and a disputed delivery document for the rehearsal. Agree which freight evidence will be used at the final review and which external connections are necessary for the pilot.

Review before release

Check the role access using ordinary staff accounts. Compare each dock decision with its source revision, and verify that appointment approval leaves the parent load’s transport status unchanged. Reconcile completed delivery evidence, freight amounts by currency and unresolved operation receipts. Have the operating owners accept the result before starting the next cycle.

Read the implementation plan, data model and pricing policy.
