Create your account
Click Get started and open Volunteer Management. Invite the staff who will plan shifts, coordinate volunteers and review service. Set their access to match the work they own. Prepare team members records for people who will appear as assignment reviewers.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Enter one volunteer role with its screening and age rules, a small directory with accurate availability, and a dated Open shift. Have Volunteer Coordinator create an assignment and submit it for review. Record a decision and check the linked decision and receipt. After the shift, record attendance and a service entry, then have Volunteer Coordinator verify it.
Review before release
Check the volunteer and shift references on the assignment, the reviewer on the decision and the parent assignment on every receipt. Run a Return decision, a Rejected service entry and a Failed action through the team’s exception path. Agree who corrects each case. Use implementation to set the rollout order and roles to rehearse access.
