What you can do

Give the reviewer a complete assessment

A household review records the household name, review due date, assets under review and documented risk profile. It belongs to an advisory opportunity and an organization. Relationship Owner prepares the assessment using the actual supporting content, so Sales Manager can examine the review in the context of the household relationship.

Assets under review are an imported USD snapshot used in that assessment. Keep the source and meaning clear in the supporting documents. The risk profile is documented text for the household discussion. The reviewer considers that material alongside the recorded activities; the review does not turn a descriptive label into an investment recommendation or a regulatory certification.

How the work is organized

  • Preparation. Relationship Owner works on the Draft review and checks the household details against its opportunity. The due date identifies when the relationship assessment needs attention. Supporting activities and documents remain attached to the parent opportunity for the reviewer to inspect.
  • Independent decision. Submission freezes the reviewed revision. Sales Manager checks that revision and records an Approve, Reject or Return decision with a reason. The reviewer must be independent of the preparer; a changed assessment needs a decision that covers the current content.
  • Completion. An approved review can proceed to completion through the agreed action. Keep the decision date and the evidence used to reach it. Review completion describes the household assessment; customer acceptance of an advisory proposal is checked separately on the opportunity.

What to agree during setup

Choose which relationship events call for a household review and how the team selects its due date. Agree what the assets snapshot includes, which source supplies it and who checks the documented risk profile. Keep those business definitions consistent across the first operating cycle so reviewers can compare like cases.

Name the Sales Manager who will make the independent decision and arrange coverage when that person prepared the relationship work. Discuss how a returned or rejected assessment goes back to its owner, including the reason and the revised supporting content. Rehearse that correction path before using it for a live household. See the implementation plan for the pilot sequence.

Check the handoff on an actual case

Use a fictional review for the Patel household. Relationship Owner checks the household name and due date, records the imported assets snapshot and explains the risk profile using the supporting meeting outcome. The owner submits the assessment and hands it to Sales Manager.

Have the manager read the supporting document before deciding. Rehearse a rejection where the document concerns a different household, then a corrected submission with the intended evidence. Also try a decision from the preparer’s own account and a decision against an older revision. The team should resolve those conflicts before completing the approved assessment. After completion, confirm the parent opportunity still reflects its actual customer conversation.

What your team sees

  • Household Reviews to Prepare — Work through draft and rejected assessments with the household details and supporting parent opportunity in reach.
  • Household Review Inbox — Read submitted assessments and identify the revision awaiting an independent decision.
  • Household Reviews Due — Find assessments whose review date has arrived, including rejected work needing correction and approved work awaiting completion.

Follow the work through

Follow household review from preparation to completion. Use operation reconciliation when an action’s result needs investigation.
