Founding partners
The first 25 we accept
The first 25 partners
work with the team.
The program is open to everyone. The first 25 partners we accept also get direct help from the people building Proto while they deliver their first client systems.
- Onboarding with the team
- A working session on Proto, the builder skills and the partner console before your first client build.
- A paid certification build
- Founding partners are paid $200 for the certification system they build from our brief, once it passes review. Their $99 certification fee is waived for as long as they remain partners.
- A weekly build review
- Direct feedback on what you are building for clients, and on which industries and systems to take on next, until the launch period ends.
- Your numbers in one place
- Keys, customers, customer spend, payouts and tier progress in the partner console.
What Proto builds
From your brief
What Proto drafts
from your brief.
Proto drafts the tables, forms, pages, workflows and permissions of a system from a plain-language brief, using the ERP•AI builder skills. You review and finish it before the client sees it.
- Tables and fields
- Tables with text, number, date, currency, select, file and user fields, formulas, rollups, and AI columns that fill a value from other fields.
- Relationships
- Links between tables with automatic backlinks, line items inside a parent record, and totals rolled up from child records.
- Views
- Table, kanban, calendar, gallery and Gantt views, entry forms, and views filtered for each role.
- Workflows
- Scheduled, webhook, record-change and email triggers. Each workflow is run end to end before it is switched on.
- Pages
- Dashboards, forms and charts that read and write the system's own data.
- Roles and access
- Permissions per table for reading, creating, editing and deleting records, and email invitations with a role.
- Data import
- Spreadsheets, CSV, PDFs including scans, Word files, email exports, JSON and XML. Imports are deduplicated and record where each value came from.
- Changes after go-live
- Schema changes are made on a branch, checked and merged, with snapshots, audit logs and version history for recovery.
Industries
Start from a catalog system
Start with an industry
you already know.
You do not start from a blank page. Each of these systems is defined in the ERP•AI catalog, and you build the customer's copy from that definition before adapting it to how the business works.

Your client's costs
What the customer pays ERP•AI
No seats,
no subscription.
Your client pays you for the implementation and pays ERP•AI for machine work and for storage beyond the included amounts. Those credit purchases are the customer spend your payout comes from.
- Seats and subscriptions
- None. Users, apps, tables, roles and ordinary manual work have no count-based fee.
- Manual work
- Free. Viewing, searching, creating, editing, approving and exporting records in ERP•AI costs nothing.
- Credits
- Prepaid packs of $5, $20 or $100. One credit is one US dollar, and purchased credits do not expire.
- What uses credits
- API calls, imports, file uploads, workflow runs, agents and AI, plus storage beyond the included 100,000 records and 100 MB of files, at the rates on the pricing page.
- AI
- The model's own cost plus an 8% Proto Agent fee, or bring your own OpenRouter key and pay the 8% fee only.
Keys
Your first customer starts funded
Bring a customer
with a key.
A key gives a new customer $100 of ERP•AI credit and makes you its partner of record. Key credit is a partner-program grant and does not stack with the $100 starting credit new accounts receive. You start with 5 keys and receive 2 more for every qualifying customer who pays.
- Credit per key
- $100 of ERP•AI credit for the customer
- Starting keys
- 5, plus 2 for each paying qualifying customer
- Catalog listing
- A start from your listing makes you partner of record without using a key
- Expiry
- Keys stay valid while you are a partner. Key credit lasts 1 month from activation.
Tiers
Promotion happens the day you qualify
Five qualifying customers
make you an Architect.
Every partner receives the first year of customer spend. Architects and Publishers also receive half of it from month 13 to month 36, and receive client referrals from erp.ai when they are available. There are no demotions in year one.
