Ask Proto for the current event picture

Ask Proto to help inspect event plans and prepare guarded work.

It can

  • Event Organizer: Show upcoming owned events with venue, status and capacity, then identify the current revision before a review request.
  • Budget Reviewer: List submitted budgets and their linked event scope; prepare the decision context for a person to approve or reject.
  • Admissions Coordinator: Find the selected open event and show reserved and admitted lines before a guarded action.
  • Finance Reviewer: Compare admission quantities, verified captures and receipt exceptions for an event.

Stays with a person

  • A person makes the budget and event approval decision.
  • A provider confirms payment movement.
  • Proto can assemble the linked records and explain a discrepancy, but the acting person must check the current event revision, authority and evidence before a guarded action.

Implementation

Roll out one team at a time

Start with one team and one process, then add the rest once the basics are running.

  1. Set the operating scope

Load organizations, users, team members and active venues. Confirm time zones, venue contacts and who owns the pilot event.

  2. Prepare the event

Enter its schedule, capacity, venue and budget. Agree who submits the plan and who independently decides it.

  3. Connect evidence

Configure provider payment evidence and the authoritative source used for external receipt references.

  4. Rehearse the gates

Submit and approve the budget and event, then test a changed revision, a repeated admission and an unverified capture.

  5. Close the pilot

Compare admitted quantities with verified captures and resolve receipt exceptions before completing the event.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Scope, rollout and pricing for Corporate Event Planner.

All questions
How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Corporate Event Planner for your business. Begin with one organization, its active venues and team members, and one event whose budget and admissions can be rehearsed end to end.

Who owns an event?

Each event references a team member as its owner and an organization as its operating scope. Set both before sending the event for review.

Where do I see the event schedule?

The Events page shows the event calendar, capacity strip and admission-hour bars. Select an event to inspect its full detail below the visualization.

How is a budget reviewed?

The organizer submits a budget tied to the event and organization. An independent reviewer records a decision and reason against the event's source revision.

What happens if the event changes after approval?

Check the current revision against the reviewer decision before acting on the changed scope. The original decision remains part of the event history.

When can admissions begin?

An event moves through approval to Open. Reservation actions use the current event identity, revision, organization and actor scope.

What counts as an admission?

An admission line has a reservation time and, when the attendee enters, an admitted time. A repeated scan must retain the original admission.

How are payments checked?

Payment evidence records the provider event, type, amount, reference and verification state. Verified captures are used when assessing reservation completion and closeout.

How do we handle a cancellation?

The owner checks the current event and its linked admissions. Unused reservations can be released; executed scope needs reviewed compensation and confirmed provider evidence for any refund movement.

How is closeout verified?

The team compares admitted quantity with verified provider captures and inspects operation receipts. A discrepancy remains in review with its reason until resolved.
