Which planned period and observation explain the availability, performance and quality discussion for this resource?
Which stop reasons account for elapsed time in the reviewed windows, after overlapping intervals have been resolved?
Compare good units with total units per observation and identify counts requiring review before aggregation.
Who reviewed the chosen observation, when was it reviewed and what remains unresolved?
Group work orders by resource and compare planned start and end dates and planned quantity with their status.
Summarize good and scrap units by operator and work order within the selected production-log start and end times.
Which material lot and quantity were posted against the work order?
Which produced lots remain Pending, Held or Rejected before the next acceptance discussion?

Review machine periods with unit counts and the production evidence behind accepted lots.
Review packaging runs using a consistent counting unit, planned window and stop explanation.
Keep changing jobs and machine periods understandable during production and quality review.
Each stage, from planned window to accepted output, names the role that acts and the status it records, so a change is never anonymous.

Use Proto to configure production capture and help the team examine the evidence behind a review.
Set up connections through ERP.AI and Proto workflows, with every change logged.
Every record lives in a table you can see, extend and export. Add fields or whole tables in Proto.
Browse all 19 tablesStart with one team and one process, then add the rest once the basics are running.
Production Planner chooses a resource and familiar production cycle. Agree the window names, time zone, planned-minute treatment and ideal-cycle basis with the operating team.
Admin checks account-to-person mapping. Production Planner establishes items, parties and resources with consistent units, then checks opening stock prepared through the authorized inventory setup process.
Create the customer demand, work order and production window. Rehearse the release checks and the material issue against the exact balance.
Production Operator records the run, observation and stop evidence. Quality Reviewer identifies the selected observation, and the team records its coverage conclusion with an explanation of unresolved questions.
Rehearse a held-output refusal and an eligible release. Confirm receipt happens once and completion requires the full scope under Quality Review. Expand only after the team can follow these outcomes from the records.

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure OEE Tracking Dashboard for your business. Begin with a familiar resource, a planned production window and a representative work order. Include run capture, downtime review and an accepted-output rehearsal in the pilot.
It establishes the resource, start and end, planned minutes and ideal cycle used to understand the run. Operators attach observations and downtime intervals to the selected window.
It records run minutes, total units and good units with an observation time and a link to the window. Agree whether a reading covers the full period or contributes an incremental amount before comparing results.
The Business Overview aggregates these measures and OEE from planned production windows with resource and downtime evidence. Use the underlying observation and planning basis when a result needs explanation.
Record the start and end, reason code and planned-stop choice against the intended window. Production Planner resolves classification questions and overlapping intervals before using elapsed time in a comparison.
Quality Reviewer examines the evidence. Production Planner or Production Operator records the selected window and observation, named reviewer, review time, coverage conclusion and notes under the agreed access arrangement.
Batch acceptance has a separate handoff. Quality Reviewer assesses eligible output and the authorized executor runs the guarded release. Held or Rejected batches are refused by that action.
An identical guarded issue request returns its original result without decrementing the matching balance again. Insufficient stock rejects the whole request, so the team resolves the shortage before retrying with eligible input.
Set up a machine-counter connection when needed. Agree resource mapping, time boundaries, unit interpretation and correction handling before using imported readings in the review.
Completion requires the full required output scope under Quality Review. Production Planner checks that scope and the stock result during the accepted-output handoff.
