Click Get started, then use Proto to configure OEE Tracking Dashboard for your business. Identify Production Planner, Production Operator and Quality Reviewer for the pilot. Admin confirms the account-to-person mapping and the access needed for each handoff.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a familiar resource and production window. Bring the planned minutes, ideal cycle, item unit and work-order demand. Prepare the material lot and inventory balance used in the rehearsal. Agree how operators identify the window, capture readings and classify downtime.
Follow planning and release, then capture run evidence. Have the reviewer select the observation and record the coverage conclusion with the planner or operator.
Review before release
Rehearse identical retries for release, material issue and production capture. Confirm that a Held batch cannot pass the accepted-output action and that eligible finished stock is received only once. Review any external connection using the same period and unit conventions. Use implementation to resolve open operating decisions before expanding the pilot.
