What you can do
Ticket Review in daily work
Fulfillment tickets carries the parent order, revision, table code, sent time, guest count and delivery reference. Service Coordinator prepares the ticket and submits a fixed revision with supporting evidence. Service Supervisor reviews that revision independently, records a decision and reason, and only then can the approved release proceed.
How the work is organized
- Prepare a revision. Service Coordinator checks the table code, sent time, guest count and delivery reference against supporting evidence.
- Decide independently. Service Supervisor records a reasoned decision on the submitted ticket revision.
- Release after approval. Service Coordinator completes the ticket only after the approved release effects persist.
What to agree during setup
Agree what evidence establishes the table code, sent time, guest count and delivery reference. Specify who prepares and who reviews, and ensure those people are distinct on a given ticket. A changed revision requires another review. The completed state belongs after persisted effects, not at the moment a reviewer gives approval.
Service Coordinator supplies the ticket and supporting attachment; Service Supervisor records the independent decision and reason. Agree how a returned or rejected revision is corrected and resubmitted, and who inspects a receipt when release acknowledgment is delayed.
Check the handoff on an actual case
Submit a ticket for an accepted order with a table code and guest count. Let the supervisor return or reject the revision with a reason; the release must stay closed. Correct the ticket, submit a new revision, and record an approval tied to that exact revision. Execute the release and inspect the operation receipt and resulting order effects before marking the ticket completed.
Compare the submitted ticket revision with the decision’s source revision. A return or rejection leaves release closed. After approval, compare the completed ticket with its operation receipt and order effects. If the acknowledgment is uncertain, inspect the receipt before sending the release again.
What your team sees
- Pending Fulfillment Release — Submitted tickets waiting for the supervisor decision.
- Open Online Orders — Orders behind each ticket, with the accepted scope in view.
- Operation Exceptions — Failed releases and receipts needing investigation.
Service Coordinator sees tickets that need submission and evidence. Service Supervisor sees submitted tickets waiting for a decision. Reconciliation Analyst can investigate a release whose operation receipt is failed or needs review, beginning with the existing outcome rather than sending the same release again.
