ERP.AI
Create a focused place for every participant.
Give customers, partners, and teams an experience designed for their part of the process.
Build the experience around a task.
A customer may need to submit information and follow a request. A partner may need to review shared work. An internal team may need a focused workspace that brings records, documents, and next actions together.
ERP.AI supports custom pages and hosted portals, served by the Renderer. They can provide another interface to the platform’s data and supported operations while keeping identity and access decisions with the services that own them.
Treat audience access as part of the design.
Identify the participant
Decide whether the experience is for an employee, a customer, a partner, or another authenticated role.
Define the shared records
List the records and fields the participant needs, and which organization or account boundaries apply.
Assign the allowed actions
Separate viewing, submitting, editing, approving, and downloading. Review server-side permissions for each operation.
Test the boundary
Check a permitted account and a different account. Confirm that changing a URL or record identifier does not expose another participant’s data.
Keep the hosted experience connected to its owner.
Document who manages the page, domain, sign-in configuration, and the app resources it uses. Review page versions alongside schema or workflow changes that could affect its behavior.
Use an internal escalation route for access problems and failed submissions. A polished form is only useful when the receiving team can find the record, understand its state, and complete the next step.
