Ask for the next record to review

Ask Proto to inspect project work and prepare the next delivery decision.

It can

  • Project Manager: Show active projects with blocked tasks and upcoming creative milestones.
  • Delivery Lead: Summarize open risks and delivery exceptions with their owners.
  • Studio Contributor: Find assigned tasks and submitted time that needs review.
  • Time Approver: Show submitted time with the linked project and task for review.

Stays with a person

  • A person decides whether work is ready or a revision is verified.
  • The time workflow approves valid submitted entries automatically.
  • Ask the agent to prepare the linked records and identify the next owner; keep the decision with the responsible role.

Implementation

Roll out one team at a time

Start with one team and one process, then add the rest once the basics are running.

  1. Set the client context

Import an organization, project owner and representative team members. Confirm project dates, budget and engagement model.

  2. Plan the work

Add work packages, assigned tasks and a dated creative milestone for that project.

  3. Run feedback and time

Raise a revision request with severity and submit a positive-hours time entry.

  4. Review the decisions

Check triage and time approval outcomes with their receipts; inspect the delivery exception queue.

  5. Expand the cycle

Add more engagements after the team agrees who owns each status change and evidence handoff.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Scope, rollout and pricing for Agencies PM.

All questions
How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure PM for Agencies for your business. Pilot one client project with a named owner, work package, milestone, revision request and time approval.

Where does client work begin?

Create the organization and project, then add packages and assigned tasks to the engagement.

How do we see late creative work?

Use Creative Milestones At Risk and Delivery Exception Queue to follow a dated checkpoint to its owner.

How are client revisions handled?

Record a revision request with a project and severity. Triage moves a valid Open request to Triaged and writes a receipt.

What happens if triage is invalid?

The request stays in its current state and the failed attempt is recorded for review.

How is time approved?

A contributor submits positive hours against a project. The workflow approves a valid submitted entry and records a decision and receipt; the time approver reviews the result.

Can we see team capacity?

Team members carry weekly capacity alongside assigned estimates and logged hours for planning discussions.

What supports a client review?

Use linked project records, creative checkpoints, file attachments and review decisions to show the work and its outcome.

Where does invoicing happen?

The finance process handles rates, invoices and collection. Approved billable project time can inform that handoff.
