Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Warehouse-to-Truck Loading for your business. Choose the operating organization and invite the people who prepare loads, coordinate dispatch, review physical loading and reconcile delivery evidence. Admin establishes the access each person needs for the pilot.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a regular lane and prepare a representative load request. Confirm the requested quantity basis, pickup and delivery windows, transport partner and responsible owner. Bring current driver eligibility and vehicle information, then establish the assignment interval.
At the dock, record the loaded pallets and seal and have Transport Supervisor review the submitted check. Follow the physical departure through stop progress to delivery proof. Use plan to loading approval and dispatch to delivery as the rehearsal sequence.
Review before release
Repeat the pilot with a changed quantity, a late vehicle replacement and a disputed delivery document. Check ordinary staff access and organization boundaries. Ask the next shift to locate the final reviewed seal and explain the remaining receipt or charge issues from the load number.
Resolve unclear ownership and test each agreed connection before relying on it in daily operations. Review implementation, permissions and pricing with the operating team.
