Prepare the next relationship decision

Help owners prepare clear evidence and help reviewers investigate the records behind a decision.

It can

  • Relationship Owner: Summarize the assigned opportunity's conversation history and help prepare the next activity or proposal-review request.
  • Sales Manager: Compare submitted evidence with the requested decision and identify questions about the source revision, consent basis or customer outcome.
  • App Administrator: Help check consumer account context and active organization membership before the pilot relationship is assigned.
  • Auditor: Trace an authorized opportunity through its review decisions and operation receipts, keeping the original evidence unchanged.

Stays with a person

  • The Sales Manager makes the independent review decision.
  • Assistance must respect the signed-in user's organization scope and keep the decision tied to the submitted revision.
  • A prepared summary needs checking against the source evidence before it is used to approve a proposal, segment or customer outcome.
  • External execution requires the configured connection and its authorization.

Implementation

Roll out one team at a time

Start with one team and one process, then add the rest once the basics are running.

  1. Choose the pilot relationship

Select a consumer inquiry with an understood requirement and decision. Confirm the account code, contact details, eligibility context and organization with App Administrator.

  2. Prepare identity and access

Map signed-in users to active team membership. Assign a Relationship Owner and an independent Sales Manager, then test their organization scope and evidence visibility.

  3. Agree the operating evidence

Define qualification evidence, proposal scope and customer acceptance or loss evidence. Choose the source for segment membership and consent, including how the evaluation time and qualified-member count are obtained.

  4. Run the relationship cycle

Log an activity, qualify the opportunity and submit the proposal for review. Rehearse customer acceptance and a separate loss case, checking the retained expected value and outcome evidence.

  5. Rehearse segments and exceptions

Submit a segment, review it independently and complete eligible approved work. Test retries, stale revisions, correction of executed scope and a receipt whose effect does not match its declared revision.

All questions
How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure CRM for B2C for your business. Begin with a consumer account, an assigned Relationship Owner and an independent Sales Manager who can rehearse qualification, proposal review and the customer's outcome together.

How are consumers represented?

The account records the consumer or household name, contact name, address, eligibility note and operating organization. Each opportunity links to its account and retains its own owner, expected close date and evidence.

Which stages describe the relationship?

Open opportunities use New, Qualified, Proposal and Negotiation. Customer outcomes use Won and Lost. Qualification requires evidence, and eligible proposal and closing actions follow the independent review handoff.

What can owners record about a conversation?

Relationship activities capture calls, meetings, emails and tasks against the opportunity. Record a useful outcome with the relevant due and completion dates so the next conversation and review decision have clear context.

What does a segment submission need?

Prepare the segment name, consent basis, qualified-member count and evaluation time for the intended opportunity and organization. The Sales Manager reviews the submitted revision before eligible approved work is completed.

Where does audience consent come from?

Agree the audience and consent source during setup. The segment record retains the basis and evaluation context used in review. Configure any connection needed to obtain source evidence or execute the approved audience work.

Who approves the proposal or final outcome?

An eligible Sales Manager reviews independently of the preparer and assesses the exact submitted revision. The decision retains its reason and source context so the Relationship Owner and Auditor can follow the result.

How is the weighted forecast read?

The forecast combines expected USD value with recorded probability for open opportunities. Agree how missing probabilities are shown and which time zone defines expected-close weeks. Use the financial source for billed or received amounts.

What happens when approved work needs correction?

Record the reason and current revision. Unexecuted scope can be canceled while preserving evidence. Executed scope needs an independently reviewed compensating action that remains pending until downstream confirmation.

How does the team investigate a failed action?

Inspect its operation receipt, expected revision and linked effects. Reconciliation marks completion only when the declared result matches the evidence; a mismatch stays visible for review with its discrepancy. See correction and reconciliation.
