Prepare the next relationship review with Proto

Use Proto to prepare pipeline, call-review and reconciliation questions from your authorized records.

It can

  • Relationship Owner: List assigned opportunities and prepare the next follow-up from their activity outcomes and dates.
  • Sales Manager: Summarize submitted call details and identify the version and consent evidence for review.
  • Auditor: Follow an authorized opportunity through its decisions and retained completion receipts.
  • App Administrator: Help review account eligibility and membership information for the pilot organization.

Stays with a person

  • A person remains responsible for the qualification, call-review and customer-outcome decisions.
  • Proto needs the correct account scope and current records for each request.
  • It cannot create independent review by acting twice for the same person or treat a missing confirmation as permission to repeat an action.
  • Resolve consent and evidence questions with the responsible reviewer.

Implementation

Roll out one team at a time

Start with one team and one process, then add the rest once the basics are running.

  1. Choose the relationship

Select an active prospect with an identifiable account, assigned owner and completed call. Agree the organization that owns the opportunity.

  2. Prepare identities and access

App Administrator checks membership and Admin resolves authenticated account links. Assign a Sales Manager who is independent of the submitting owner.

  3. Prepare the pipeline record

Confirm the expected USD value, close date and qualification evidence. Agree proposal and customer-outcome review requirements.

  4. Connect the call evidence

Configure the provider handoff and the consent-recording process. Check the provider identifier, start date and duration on the call to be submitted.

  5. Rehearse review and completion

Submit the call, record an independent decision and follow completion to its retained receipt. Test missing consent, duplicate identity and a changed submission.

Scope, rollout and pricing for CRM with Call Tracking.

All questions
How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure CRM with Call Tracking for your business. Begin with an active opportunity and a completed call. Assign distinct owner and reviewer accounts, then rehearse consent checks, call completion and an uncertain-result review.

What information belongs on a call session?

The session links to an opportunity and organization, with its provider call identifier, start date, duration and recorded consent. Relationship Owner checks those details before submitting the call for review.

Who reviews a submitted call?

Sales Manager reviews the submitted version and must be a different person from the submitter. A rejection or return includes the reason the owner needs to address.

What happens after call approval?

The authorized completion action checks the matching approval and retained consent. It keeps the completion receipt before marking the call Completed.

Does a completed call change the opportunity stage?

Call attachment preserves the opportunity's commercial state. Qualification, proposal and customer-outcome changes follow their own evidence and review decisions.

How are follow-up activities recorded?

Relationship Owner logs a call, meeting, email or task against an open opportunity with a nonempty outcome. Due and completion dates support the follow-up discussion. Ordinary activity logging refuses closed opportunities.

What should the team do when completion is unclear?

Sales Manager reads the existing receipt and linked evidence before another execution attempt. A confirmed matching result can be recorded as Completed; a discrepancy remains for review with its explanation.

How does the app distinguish Won and Lost?

Won requires the reviewed acceptance basis and won date. Lost requires a loss reason. Earlier expected value and activity history remain available, and closed outcomes stay outside the open weighted forecast.

Can teams review more than one organization?

Operations Overview covers pipeline health, review load and recorded call activity across authorized organizations. Each account, opportunity and call still retains its organization scope, and access follows the person's permissions.

How are corrections handled after execution?

The team reviews the existing activities, decisions and receipts. Executed scope uses an approved corrective action that preserves the original identity and result. Unexecuted scope follows its cancellation path.
