Prepare work with Proto and review it with people

Use Proto to prepare records and surface decisions while people retain authority.

It can

  • Sales Representative: Prepare a dealer quote and identify the applicable product unit, price basis and open order scope.
  • Purchasing Manager: Compare a requisition with supplier commitments and receipts still pending review.
  • Warehouse Manager: Show lot availability, assigned picks and route exceptions for a delivery day.
  • Accountant: Reconcile an invoice, cash receipt and remaining unapplied amount for review.

Stays with a person

  • Proto can assemble context and prepare a draft.
  • The named human owner checks source evidence and makes the approval decision.
  • A route release, invoice approval or period close requires the configured authority, and actual external bank or carrier events must be verified.

Scope, rollout and pricing for FMCG ERP.

All questions
How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure ERP for FMCG for your business. Pilot one entity, one warehouse and a representative dealer order through delivery and cash.

Who approves a dealer order?

Sales Manager independently reviews the accepted order revision. Finance Manager decides a required credit exception.

Can a purchase arrive in parts?

Yes. Record each actual arrival and its accepted, rejected and pending quantities. Only accepted quantity enters usable stock.

How do we see lot availability?

Warehouse Availability shows product, location, lot, custody state and available quantity after reservations.

Can we build kits?

Warehouse Manager releases work from a reviewed bill, routing and standard. Operators record actual materials and completed output.

How are routes planned?

Warehouse Manager sets the stop sequence and assigned operator, then reviews release. Operators record actual visits and line outcomes.

What happens after a refused delivery?

Record the refused line quantity, then use a bounded return or correction path for the eligible scope.

When can we invoice?

Finance Manager approves a prepared invoice against eligible title-transferred quantity and its accepted commercial allocation.

How is customer cash applied?

Record actual receipt first. Accountant then applies available unapplied value to eligible posted invoices.

Can we track promotions and expiry allocations?

Trade promotions hold dated item and discount evidence. Expiry allocations connect an order line with lot, expiry date and quantity context.
