Prepare work with Proto

Ask Proto to prepare event records and explain the next human decision.

It can

  • Event Owner: Prepare a draft event with its organization, owner, venue, schedule and capacity for review.
  • Admission Operator: Find the selected open event and show its reserved lines and submitted scans.
  • Independent Reviewer: Gather the current revision, attachment visibility and provider evidence for a decision.
  • Reconciliation Lead: Compare a pending receipt with linked local effects and identify a concrete discrepancy.

Stays with a person

  • Proto can prepare and explain records, but the named reviewer makes approval decisions.
  • A payment provider confirms its own captures and refunds.
  • A local status change cannot stand in for that external evidence.
  • Staff should verify the event and revision before asking Proto to continue a guarded action.

Implementation

Roll out one team at a time

Start with one team and one process, then add the rest once the basics are running.

  1. Set the operating scope

Create the organization, team membership and venue records. Decide who owns events, who reviews them and who investigates uncertain operations.

  2. Prepare the pilot event

Enter its schedule, capacity, owner and venue. Submit a revision, record an independent decision and open the approved event.

  3. Rehearse admission

Reserve a place, submit a scan and complete check-in only after capacity and verified capture evidence match.

  4. Reconcile closeout

Compare admitted quantities, completed scans and provider evidence; review pending receipts and close the actual event.

  5. Expand deliberately

Add venues and events after the team can repeat the approval, correction and cancellation paths.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Scope, rollout and pricing for Event + Ticketing + CRM + Analytics.

All questions
How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Event + Ticketing + CRM + Analytics for your business. Begin with one organization, one venue, one event and a representative admission and scan.

Who prepares an event?

The Event Owner enters its schedule, capacity, organization and venue, then submits the current revision for review.

Who decides whether an event can open?

An Independent Reviewer records a decision for the event's source revision. The owner opens approved scope.

Can a scan be completed as soon as it is submitted?

The reviewer decides on the submitted revision. Completion follows capacity and verified provider payment checks.

How is reserved capacity different from admission?

An admission line can be reserved before the attendee enters. Its admitted time records the actual admission.

What happens when a scan action is interrupted?

Check the operation receipt and reconcile its linked effects before another action is attempted.

How are provider payments checked?

Payment evidence holds provider identity, type, amount and verification. Confirm the event with the authoritative provider source.

Can a cancelled event keep admission history?

Yes. The cancellation path preserves admitted history and routes executed corrections through review.

Which files can reviewers see?

Attachments carry Internal or Shared visibility. Configure access for the people who need to read each category.
