Prepare the next listing review with Proto

Ask Proto to prepare listing work while people retain review decisions.

It can

  • Relationship Owner: Show assigned opportunities with due activities, and prepare the record and authorization checklist for a listing submission.
  • Sales Manager: Gather the submitted listing, its source revision, parent opportunity and supporting attachments for a decision.
  • Auditor: Trace an approved listing through its review decision, operation receipt and underlying files.
  • App Administrator: Find active accounts and team membership for a pilot organization.

Stays with a person

  • A person must decide whether seller authorization supports the property details and whether a submitted revision should be approved, rejected or returned.
  • The Sales Manager makes that independent decision.
  • Proto can gather the records for reconciliation, while a person checks uncertain outside effects before marking an action complete. Start with a pilot.

Implementation

Roll out one team at a time

Start with one team and one process, then add the rest once the basics are running.

  1. Set operating scope

Establish the organization, staff membership, account codes and who reviews listing decisions independently.

  2. Bring in engagements

Enter active accounts and opportunities with owner, counterparty, expected value and close date.

  3. Prepare evidence

Add a property listing and seller authorization, then agree which files may be Shared.

  4. Rehearse decisions

Submit a listing, return a conflicting revision, correct it and approve the current revision through a Sales Manager.

  5. Check outcomes and receipts

Close a verified customer outcome, repeat a request with its original operation key and reconcile an uncertain receipt by reading its linked effect.

All questions
How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Property Listing Portal for your business. Pilot one organization, one seller account and a listing with owner authorization before bringing in the full book.

Where does a listing begin?

A Relationship Owner opens an opportunity for the seller or counterparty. The listing is linked to that engagement and its organization.

What property information is recorded?

The listing records street address, asking price, property type, publication date, status and revision.

Who approves a listing?

An eligible Sales Manager checks the submitted revision against its owner evidence and records an independent decision with a reason.

What happens if the price changes after review?

The Relationship Owner prepares a correction with updated evidence. The Sales Manager decides on the new revision; the earlier decision stays in the history.

Where are seller authorization files kept?

Files are attached to the parent opportunity with an evidence type, uploader, upload date and Internal or Shared visibility.

How are calls and follow-ups recorded?

Relationship activities capture calls, meetings, emails and tasks against the opportunity, with due dates, completion dates and outcomes when relevant.

How is a customer outcome recorded?

The owner supplies acceptance or loss evidence for the current opportunity revision. An eligible Sales Manager reviews the result before the opportunity becomes Won or Lost.

What should staff do with a needs review receipt?

Open its parent opportunity, compare the expected revision with the linked decision and listing, and check any outside reference. Reconciliation reads the effect before changing the receipt's result.

Can separate brokerage organizations work in one system?

Organizations, team membership, accounts, opportunities and listings carry scope references. Rehearse access for each team before extending the pilot.
