FAQ
Partner program questions
FAQ.
What partners ask before they join.
Joining, keys, qualifying customers, payouts, ownership and earnings.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining and publishing are free, and you can receive keys, reach a tier and earn payouts without paying for anything. Certification is optional. It is $99 a year, waived during the launch period and for partners at the Architect, Publisher or Invite-only tier.
Is this a referral or reseller program?
Neither. You do the implementation work and bill your client directly. ERP•AI does not resell your services, and you do not resell ERP•AI. Your payout comes from what your customer pays ERP•AI.
Is there a minimum firm size?
No. A consultant working alone can join and reach Architect. Publisher is the tier for registered companies.
Does ERP•AI take a share of what I charge my client?
No. You bill your client directly, at your own price, and keep all of it.
What does ERP•AI pay me?
An amount equal to what each of your customers pays ERP•AI for credits with its own money in its first 12 months. Architects and Publishers also receive 50% of that customer's spend from month 13 to month 36. The customer must be a verified business with no ownership or staff link to you.
What is a key?
A key gives $100 of ERP•AI credit to a business that has never bought credits, and makes you its partner of record. Key credit is a partner-program grant and does not stack with the $100 starting credit new accounts receive. You start with 5 keys and receive 2 more for every qualifying customer who pays. Keys are never sold; you charge only for your own work.
What counts as a qualifying customer?
A verified business with no ownership or staff link to you, that activated your key or started from your listing, and whose own people are still signing in to its workspace 30 days after it became a customer.
Does the $100 key credit count toward my payout?
No. Payouts follow money the customer paid for ERP•AI credits. Credit from a key is not spend.
When do I get paid?
Each customer payment is held for 60 days and then paid out in the next weekly payout. Payouts are in cash through Stripe, with a second payout provider for countries Stripe does not reach.
Can a customer change partners?
Yes. Payouts move to the new partner from then on, and money already earned stays with you. A change of partner does not restart the customer's first 12 months.
Who owns the system I build for a customer?
The customer owns its copy and its data. You keep admin access until the customer revokes it, and you keep your own starter systems.
Does ERP•AI sell implementation work?
Not to self-service customers. ERP•AI may refer the implementation requests it receives to Architects and Publishers, at its discretion and with no set number of referrals.
Can a payout be taken back?
For fraud, yes. Otherwise money already paid out stays paid, even when a refund or chargeback arrives after the 60-day hold. ERP•AI can still correct a payout made in error, such as a duplicate payment.
Are my earnings public?
No. They are private by default. You can choose to show them on your Krawler profile. Once 20 partners have been in the program for the same period, the program median appears beside them.
How does the founding cohort work?
Anyone can apply. The first 25 partners we accept are the founding cohort, and they also get onboarding with the team, a paid certification build and a weekly build review. Payouts follow the same rules as every partner.
Do I have to tell people that ERP•AI pays me?
Yes. Each time you recommend ERP•AI, in a post, listing, proposal or conversation, say clearly next to it that ERP•AI pays you when businesses you bring use it. Tell each client in writing before it buys credits on your advice.
What happens if I leave the program?
Payouts you earned before you leave are paid on the usual schedule. You receive nothing on customer payments made after you leave, and your unused keys end. Your customers keep their systems and can choose a new partner.
