For each customer that is a verified business with no ownership or staff link to you, ERP•AI pays you an amount equal to what that customer pays for credits in its first 12 months. While you are an Architect or Publisher, you also receive 50% of each payment it makes from month 13 to month 36.

- Customer payment
- Your customer buys ERP•AI credits on 3 March.
- Hold ends
- The 60-day hold ends on 2 May.
- Payout
- The payment is included in the next weekly payout after 2 May.
Rules
What counts and when you are paid
Spend is money
the customer paid.
These rules decide what each payout includes and when it reaches you.
- Customer spend
- Credits the customer buys with its own money, less taxes, refunds and chargebacks. Key credit, other free credit and credits paid for by you or anyone with an ownership or staff link to you are not spend.
- The 12 months
- They start when the customer activates your key, starts from your listing or joins under your deal registration. A change of partner does not restart them.
- Hold
- Each customer payment is held 60 days for card reversals, then paid in the next weekly payout.
- How you are paid
- In US dollars through Stripe, with a second payout provider for countries Stripe does not reach. Before your first payout, pass the identity check and send your W-9 or W-8 tax form. What you earn until then is kept for you.
- Clawbacks
- Only for fraud. Otherwise money already paid out stays paid, though ERP•AI can correct a payout made in error, such as a duplicate.
- The $99 All-inclusive plan
- A qualifying customer that buys it with its own money earns you 2 more keys, like one with spend. No payout is made on it.
- Budget
- $5M is set aside for year one. It is not a cap or a guarantee. If payouts head past it, ERP•AI may, with 30 days' notice, close the program to new customers or change rates for customers who start after the change.
