Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Port & Terminal Management for your business. Begin with one operating organization, a transport partner, a load and a container move reviewed by a separate supervisor.
The load carries the owner, partner, delivery promise and lifecycle status. Stops, assignments, terminal moves, attachments, decisions and receipts connect to it.
A container move has voyage and berth details alongside its container number, move type and yard slot. Agree which terminal events require those details in your operating procedure.
A move records the customs hold state. Your team identifies the external authority that supplies it and checks the state with custody evidence before completing a move.
The Transport Supervisor makes the independent decision on the submitted revision, with a recorded reason. A changed revision goes back through review.
Operations Overview presents authorized load activity by owner and organization. Set up each team member's user identity and operating organization before relying on that scope.
Assignment Schedule shows the load, driver, vehicle and start and end of each current commitment. Check driver eligibility and vehicle readiness when assigning resources.
Record attachments connect files to the parent load with an evidence type, uploader, upload time and visibility. Agree which files may be shared.
Operation Outcomes shows the receipt result, key, expected revision and failure reason. The Transport Supervisor investigates a failed or review-needed outcome before a repeat attempt.
Compare the load's promised and actual delivery times, then inspect ordered stops and assignment intervals to understand the difference.
Start free, then use Proto to change fields, steps and approvals before your team goes live.
