AI agent

Ask for the case, then decide

Give your team a way to inspect warehouse cases and prepare follow-up work.

It can

  • Inventory Coordinator: Find assigned requests due today and prepare the item, location and quantity details for review.
  • Inventory Reviewer: Open Submitted put-away plans and compare the revision, parent request and supporting evidence before a decision.
  • Auditor: Trace a decision to its request, operation receipt and recorded stock effect.
  • App Administrator: Check active location and team membership records before a new operating cycle.

Stays with a person

  • A person must make the independent put-away approval decision.
  • The agent should show the relevant revision and evidence, then wait for the authorized reviewer.
  • It should also ask a person to resolve a failed operation or disputed quantity after showing the linked records.

Implementation

Roll out one team at a time

Start with one team and one process, then add the rest once the basics are running.

  1. Map the warehouse

Agree organization codes, storage location codes, item base units, lot rules and active team membership.

  2. Load the operating records

Add organizations, locations, items and lots before entering requests with owners and due dates.

  3. Rehearse the decision

Submit a put-away plan, have an independent reviewer decide the eligible revision and inspect its decision and operation receipt.

  4. Inspect stock effects

Inspect any posted movements and active reservations against their parent requests, items, locations and lots.

  5. Release the scope

Review access, attachments, exception handling and the Operations Overview with the people who will run the first cycle.
