Click Get started, then use Proto to configure SCM with AI Replenishment for your business. Start with a familiar item and warehouse, a representative forecast proposal and the inspected stock evidence needed for a pilot request.
Record the actual model version, generation date, proposed units and confidence percentage, linked to the intended stock request. Agree the supporting evidence the Inventory Reviewer should compare with the recommendation.
The recommendation has its own independent decision. Physical effects need an authorized stock request and inspected receipt, movement or issue evidence before posting.
On-hand is calculated from posted signed movements. Keep the item, location, lot and base-unit scope consistent when reading the quantity.
Compare eligible posted stock with active reservations in the exact item, location and lot scope. Check lot release and expiry evidence before relying on the quantity for the next operation.
Confirmed physical issue appends a negative stock movement and changes the reserved scope to Consumed. An Active reservation records a claim that still needs its actual issue or authorized release outcome.
The guarded operations retain the source operation identity and persisted receipt. Rehearse retries during setup and inspect the recorded result to confirm the same event does not create another stock effect.
Executed scope requires reviewer-authorized compensation. The reversal appends a movement linked to the original posting and preserves the evidence explaining the change.
Keep the operation unresolved while the Inventory Reviewer compares local effects with the configured authoritative source. Completion requires evidence of the expected scope and quantity.
Admin maintains the item, lot and location records under the agreed master-data procedure. The operating team checks that release, expiry and eligibility evidence is appropriate before the stock action.
