AI agent

Prepare with Proto

Use an assistant to prepare and inspect warehouse operation records.

It can

  • Inventory Coordinator: Prepare a stock request for a named item and location, then show the fields for review.
  • Inventory Reviewer: Gather the request revision, supporting attachment and related transfer before the reviewer decides.
  • App Administrator: Check item, location and team member references before a pilot case.
  • Auditor: Trace a request through its decision, receipt and posted movement history.

Stays with a person

  • A person decides whether to approve a request or release a transfer.
  • A person also reconciles an uncertain operation receipt against the actual linked effects.
  • Proto can prepare and summarize the records for those decisions.

  2. Prepare a case

Inventory Coordinator creates a request for a known item and locations, with units, required date and attachment.

  3. Review it

Inventory Reviewer records an independent decision against the current revision.

  4. Follow the effects

Prepare a child transfer, reservation or movement and inspect the operation receipt.

  5. Reconcile an exception

Check an uncertain receipt against linked effects before resolving it.
