Agent and API

The intended HRMS agent contract: scoped identities, payroll drafts and human approval boundaries.

The intended agent contract uses the configured application’s records and workflows under a separate identity. Its permissions follow the role matrix, including sensitive-field restrictions. Obtain endpoint addresses and authentication details from your application’s documentation.

Teaching an agent the system

Use this specification to agree the records an agent may read or draft. After configuration, obtain the application’s API documentation and any generated skill.md, assign a service identity and verify its enabled actions using isolated test records.

Reads and writes use the external API operation rates. Managed execution, model usage and the Proto Agent fee use their named meters on the pricing page. There is no per-user fee.

What it cannot do alone

The configured workflows must prevent agents from approving offers or bank-account changes, approving payroll, authorising payments, posting journals, approving year-end statements or locking periods. The assigned person records each decision. Rehearsal must verify identity, masking, the audit record and refusal of unauthorised actions before an agent may write.

Metering

Reads and writes use the external API operation rates. Managed execution, model usage and the Proto Agent fee use their named meters on the pricing page. There is no per-user fee.
