Implementation
Build the rollout around a complete trade and its financial outcome.
Start with representative purchasing and sales, then follow the goods, documents and money through completion. Include the letters-of-credit and assembly paths your business actually uses. Agree responsibilities and acceptance evidence before configuring the application. Implementation is separate from platform usage pricing.
Implementation phases
Define the trading model
Confirm companies, counterparties, warehouses, products, units, title policy and approval limits. Agree standard costs, currency treatment, bank roles and the actual credit arrangements in scope. Identify which external records can be authenticated or independently verified, including amendments, partial drawings and financing.
Role permissionsRoles and permissions →
Configure and exercise the first trade
Set up approved masters, source allocations, document conditions, posting accounts and relevant recipes. Follow accepted orders, partial receipts, stock release, actual handover, invoices and cash. Exercise discrepant presentations, bank-funded import settlement, recourse export advances, collateral use, returns and uncertain outcomes where selected.
Reconcile the opening position
Map current stock, work in progress, remaining commercial quantities, invoices and cash alongside credit utilization, accepted maturities, bank obligations and cover. Preserve original identifiers, prior currency adjustments, partial allocations and existing reservations. Reconcile one opening ledger with nonposting detail so imported history cannot generate new goods, credit drawings or money movement.
Verify and enable the first scope
Confirm access, independent decisions, quantity conservation, financial reconciliations and failure handling with the responsible teams. Approve the cutoff and opening position, train users and enable eligible new work. Expand to further companies, trade arrangements or connections after reviewing the initial results.
Role permissionsRoles and permissions →
Review commercial, stock, documentary and financial changes with their respective owners. Preserve performed work, external bank positions and posted history while applying approved amendments to eligible remaining scope. A new Incoterms label, credit form or financing agreement does not automatically inherit an existing accounting or title treatment. Review the required model, connections, reports and training before enabling that variation. Application behavior and installed connections are verified before operational launch.
