Start with the customers, product families, entities and manufacturing sites you want to connect. Follow a representative order from the sales conversation through engineering, purchasing, production, quality, shipment and finance. Name the decisions and exceptions that matter to the people doing that work.

Prepare customer and supplier records, product units, approved bills of material and routings, inspection requirements, working calendars, costs and current financial balances. Include accepted orders, stock, work in progress and the completed or delivered quantities that must remain in history. Agree the people, scope, connections and checks for the first rollout, including partial production, quality holds and financial corrections. Verify the configured workflow and reconciled opening position before enabling new operational work. Implementation is priced separately.
